Cycles and accessories must be returned by the hirer by the end of the hire period, as stated on the ticket, in the same condition it was received. Otherwise a charge may be made. No refunds are available for unexpired time.
If a cycle is lost, stolen or damaged, the hirer must notify Midland Cycle Hire as soon as possible.
Cycles are supplied in a safe condition and neither Midland Cycle Hire nor its employees will accept liability for loss, damage or injury, arising in the course of hire.
Hirers must cycle in compliance with road traffic law and the Countryside Code.
Stunts, jumps, wheelies and skids are forbidden.
Helmets are provided. We advise all riders to wear a helmet at all times.
Cycle locks are provided and should be used at all times where bikes are to be left. Please make sure the lock goes through the bike frame and around a permanent fixture, i.e. bench, lamppost, fence, etc.
All accidents or incidents must be reported as soon as possible.
